RACE REBATE RULES
-
All rebates are subject to the financial condition
of the club at the time of application. This program can be altered or
discontinued at any time without advance notice if the club does not have the
funds to continue the program.
-
Day of race late fees will not be reimbursed
-
No member can collect more than $500.00 per year
in rebates
-
Applications for rebates must be made in writing
on a monthly basis no later than the 15th of the month following the
month applied for. An exception to this will be the first application of the
year when a minimum of 5 events must be listed. The application must list the
event along with entry fee cost and placement.
-
The funds for this program are directly derived
from the Tuesday night Wompatuck Training Series Races. Please plan on
assisting with course cleanup that takes place in April.
-
All racers must wear the current year clothing at
all races to be eligible for rebates. This is especially important at all
awards ceremonies.
-
The club is a presenting sponsor for several
events during the year such as the Norwell Circuit Race, Pilgrim Tour, The
Adelphia Grand Prix Road Race, The MBRC Century Ride, The Plymouth CycloCross
Race and several other rides or races. Please plan on helping out at some of
these events. We don’t expect anyone to help with everything but all should
help with something.
